Update May 11th, 2020:

Effective Monday, May 11th, we are unlocking our doors and opening our lobby. But we will only be allowing a limited number of members in the building at one time. The Lakewood branch will allow a maximum of six people, while the Loveland branch will allow a maximum of five. If at any time, the number of members exceeds this maximum we will ask that you wait outside until someone leaves. If there is inclement weather, we will ask you to wait in your vehicle and we will come get you when we're ready.

Inside, there will be markings in the lobby indicating where members should stand while waiting for a teller. Members will be required to wear masks inside the building and will be asked to identify themselves before entering. So please bring a valid ID card. We are still encouraging members to set up appointments before coming in, but appointments are not required to be granted access to the lobby. We still encourage members to use our drive-through and remote banking services.

Update April 6, 2020:

We are still open for business, but we have made some additional changes to our hours of operation at our Lakewood Branch.

Effective Monday, April 6 the Monday - Friday hours of operation at our Lakewood branch will change to 8am - 5pm for drive-up banking, phones, and appointment requests. The Lakewood Saturday hours are staying the same (9am - 12pm), and our Loveland branch hours are the same (9am - 5pm, phones and night drop transactions only). The safety of our members and staff is a top priority. In keeping with the mandates of our local, state, and federal governments, and those of our medical community, our branch lobbies are still temporarily closed.  The drive-ups in Lakewood will remain open and our phone lines are open. View our Branches & Hours page to see a list of our current active hours.

LOVELAND BRANCH UPDATE: There are no face to face appointments available or lobby access. We can use the Night Drop Box on the building to do certain types of transactions - call ahead please. The Branch is staffed with a skeleton crew to assist with phone inquiries and Night Drop Box. Loveland Members can still access they're accounts through services listed below.

Please view our previous updates, below, for a list of all business functions and ways to bank remotely with us. Thank You!

We encourage the use of the several different remote access options;

Remote Access Options for Your Accounts:

To this last bullet, we realize that there may be some transactions that will need to be completed face-to-face. Our Management Team is prepared to make those decisions for the staff, and to allow a select few transaction types to be performed in our offices (i.e. Account openings, loan closings).  PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO MAKE APPOINTMENT REQUESTS (Lakewood location only).  The whole reason for closing our lobbies is to accommodate the Social Distancing protocol being recommended, both for our members and staff.

OUR PHONE LINES ARE OPEN, so please call with any questions or requests and we’ll do everything in our power to accommodate you. You can also email us at memberservice@foothills-cu.com.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing – we wouldn’t enact such drastic actions unless in an emergency situation.

Update March 16, 2020:

During this time of uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to reassure you that Foothills CU is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and are taking a number of precautionary measure for the health and safety of our members and colleagues. The safety of our staff and our members is always our top priority.

We are currently keeping all branches open and are taking the necessary steps to ensure you will have access to your account information and cash in the event that we have to close, or change the hours, of any of our branch locations. While Foothills Credit Union is currently operating with regular business hours, we are prepared to implement changes in the event a health risk presents itself.

We encourage all members who are not enrolled in the following services to enroll now. These remote banking services will help you manage your finances during any interruption to regular in-person services such as weather closures, illness, or even on Sundays and Holidays.

Please use the links above to learn more about each of these services and enroll online. If you need assistance with any of these services or have any general questions please call us at 720.962.8200 extension 4 or email us at memberservice@foothills-cu.com. For questions regarding your loan or loan payments call 720.962.8200 extension 3.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members and communities as needed. Please continue to visit our website for updates.  We encourage you to stay on top of the latest information regarding COVID-19 through official channels like the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and Colorado’s Health & Human Services.

Sincerely,

Scott E. McNeil, President
